Refunds and Returns
Fairy Godmother offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases except products from the Restore the Tingle department. Products from the Restore the Tingle department are non-returnable.
For products from all other departments (excluding Tingle products), if you are unhappy with something, you may return it for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
To receive a refund, please include your name, address, and phone number along with the original receipt.
Defective items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. If it is a manufacturer’s problem, Fairy Godmother will assume the return shipping charges.
